SOCIETY WITHOUT LAWS

 A society simply refers to the aggregate of people living together in a more or less ordered community. It is also an organization or club formed for a particular purpose or activity.

However society is not just limited to this definitions, has it can be described in various ways. When we say a "society without law" what does it mean?. Let's first of all look at the definition of law. Law can be defined as the system of rules which a particular country or community recognizes as regulating the actions of its members and which it may enforce by the imposition of penalties.

   Society is a place that contains rules and regulations either by governments or higher authorities of people living in that geographical area. 

A society without law is like an unorganized or disorderliness in a society, this is so in the sense that, laws keep citizens of a particular society on the good run, because when people have the freedom to do and act on whatever they want there would be crises. But every laws has a particular punishment attached that would enhance citizens to obey.


Society without law is like a place with total freedom , this doesn't mean a society don't have the freedom to do what ever they want, like freedom of speech, movement and some others but looks like a place with total freedom, in the sense that the freedoms of an individual is limited to some extent.

A society can not function without law, as it's disadvantages surpasses it's advantages, because there is the saying that goes "what ever has an advantage must have a disadvantage" this then depends on which surpasses. A society without law might have its advantages but the disadvantages over shadows it.


Therefore, a society without law is like a beach that overflows beyonds it required level. This simply means distribution ~ Nwachukwu Sandra ~

THIS MEN IN OUR SOCIETY

Hearing of the name herds men in our dear country Nigeria is so frightening and worrisome. Why is this so?. It is no longer news of the deadly and cold blooded humans they are. Firstly, who do we regards to as herds men? Herdsmen are people who rears livestock, especially cows and sheep. Through this definition, the rearing of livestock such as cows are not suppose to cause any harm than good in our society today. However, it is the other way round whereby innocent citizens are been killed by this people either through physical misunderstanding or mistakes.
